Chief Warrant Officer 5 Robinson earned his MBA from Columbia Southern University, Ala., and a Masters  in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, Pa. He also graduated from Marine Corps University (Command and Staff College and Amphibious Warfare School), Va., and the Naval Justice School (Administrative Law), R.I. Serving as a personnel officer in various commands. Robinson utilized his experience in business process and strategy development, budgeting and cost controls, performance improvement, and team formulation management while serving at commands in Bagram, Afghanistan; Camp Pendleton California, Camp Lejeune North Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, and Massachusetts. He served as director of the Marine Forces Reserve Personnel Administration Center in New Orleans, La. He served on the Board of Directors for the Military Officers Association of America, scholarship and strategic planning committees. He also served as Senior Marine Instructor at Olive Branch High School, Olive Branch MS. where he was instrumental in the startup of the new MCJROTC program.
