Cobb County School District

Served as Special Services teacher in the middle school setting from 2004-2013.  During that time, I taught English/Language Arts, Social Studies, Reading, and Science in addition to case management for students with disabilities.

Ombudsman Educational Services

Served as a Special Services teacher in an alternative school setting for the Cobb County School District from 2014-2016.   While at Ombudsman, I taught Middle School and High School students in English/ Language Arts in addition to performing duties as case manager for students with disabilities.

Douglas County School District

Currently serving as a Special Services teacher at Lithia Springs High School beginning the 2016-17 school year and working on making it my best year yet!


·         Born and raised in New York City and resided there until I moved to Cobb County Georgia in 1999. 

·         Currently reside in Marietta, GA

·         I am the mother of two sons and a daughter.

·         I enjoy reading, writing, and watching movies in my spare time.

·          Before teaching I worked in the social services and not-for-profit fields.

·         My ideal vacation is to travel to Nairobi, Kenya.
